We have been home a week and it has been grand! I enjoy being back at school, but am having a hard time getting up and moving in the morning. Chris is doing well, he walked up our basement steps (a full flight) yesterday. Each day brings new challenges and he steps to meet them and does well. It is hard to believe that Christmas is almost here-I have done very little shopping or decorating. I guess we will try to put the tree up this weekend. The UK Basketball team won yesterday and the football team will play in the Music City Bowl-things are OK in our life. Take Care. Mary Jo

Well, I haven't been checking this enough but I'm glad I checked today. A whole flight of stairs, what an accomplishment, just don't try it more than once a day.... I know how hard that can be to get up steps, Mom and Dad both get worn out going in and out of their house at times. Yesterday I took Mom Christmas Shopping. WHAT A TRIP and today I'm the one paying for it.... Glad to hear you both are getting back to normal, well as normal as the two of you are going to get.... Take care.
So very glad you are home. Have a great Christmas. You have all been through a lot, and my family will keep you in our thoughts often.
